Rheumatoid Factor 15.2

I’m a 41 year old male.

I had a medical exam a few weeks ago and the result said I have an RF of 15.2. I’ve been reading online and some places say that anything above 14 is positive and others say anything above 20 is positive. Which is correct?

I went to a specialist to get my blood tested and he said it’s pretty low and to not worry but I can’t speak to him until I’m out of quarantine in about 2 weeks. They won’t give information over the phone. So I’m kind of paranoid. I don’t have any aches or pains and my initial medical tests said I’m fairly healthy save for high cholesterol. I’m worried that the result could be because of another disease.

Any thoughts?
