swollen collarbone

I have had Arthritis in my neck for years, and it sometimes radiates into my left shoulder.  It usually acts up for a few weeks at a time, but now I have a swollen collarbone.  Feels like a lump at the end of the collarbone.  I had pain for a few weeks, and then this swelling just popped up along the way.
I am seeing my doctor on Tuesday for a follow-up for other things, and plan to ask her what she thinks.
I am getting a little concerned, and wondering if anyone else has experienced this.  People are telling me its Fibromyalgia, but I do not think so
