unconventional arthritis pain relief

I have had mild osteoarthritis in my right hand, of and on.  Now I have knee pain, both knees, elbow pain, foot pain (orthotics (4 diff pairs) haven't helped).  Not severe enough to take meds.

Have been sleeping on a magnetic mat for 3 years.  Doesn't seem to help. Have been going to osteopath, masseur, acupuncturist, nutritionist (treating inflammation). No real relief.

Other issue (related?) is poor blood circulation (circulatory disorder).  Not overweight (120lbs at 5'4.5") , regular exercise (Pilates and spinning 4-6 times a week), good diet.

Generally doing really well, exciting life, lots of international travel.

Any non surgical, non Rx approaches would be highly appreciated!

Hi there, I also have OA and whilst I can see why spinning wouldn't be a good idea, why is Pilates not good??  I'd have thought it was beneficial.  I combine this with yoga and it's kept me really mobile and relatively pain free.

The exercise regimen, while admirable, is putting strain on your joints and wearing them out.  Forget the magnetic mat and the unconventional expensive attempts to cure something a medical professional needs to examine and test you for.  There is now conventional treatment for osteoarthritis ... and you may have to find other physical activity with the guidance of a good medical professional team.
