Hi and thanks for using the forum.
I cannot be sure what is causing your symptoms but I do have a few suggestions for you that may help you find out. First, do you snore? It is not uncommon for people who snore to wake up with a dry mouth (since they are breathing with their mouths open at night). Next, snoring can be associated with sleep apnea. Sleep apnea can cause that "slow to wake up and get moving feeling" in the morning. It can also cause headaches as well as body aches. The best way to know if you have sleep apnea is to see your doctor and have a sleep study done. Basically, you spend the night in a sleep lab where you are monitored during your sleep to see if you have episodes of apnea. Next, you should see a dentist about your bad breath and the sore in your mouth. Tooth decay and gum disease (such as gingivitis) can cause bad breath. A simple dental visit can tell you if you have either. Hope this helps. Good luck.

Being overweight definitely contributes to the snoring and the sleep apnea (if you have that). The lack of a proper sleep cycle will wear your body down and can make you prone to getting sick. The dry mouth can also be caused by this as well. See your doctor and discuss a weight loss/ exercise regimen. Losing weight may make all these symptoms go away.

I do snore, So would the wieght gain and lack of exercise probably be the source. I have heard wieght is most likely cause of snoring and sleep apnea. If that is running down my body needs to stay healthy then that makes my body not fight the other illnesses properly correct? Also my dry mouth is all day, not just when I wake up.
