Hi and thanks for using the forum.

The maximum daily dose for acetaminophen (Tylenol) is 4 G per day or 4000 mg.  What was going on that you took such large doses of Tylenol?  Was this an attempt to harm yourself?  You need to see your doctor ASAP and in the meantime do not take any more tylenol.   Your doctor can do blood test to evaluate your liver.  You need to be honest with him or her as to why you took so much tylenol- if you are having pain issues or personal problems you need to let him or her know and they can help you.  Good luck.

Almost everything you digest is metabolized in the liver... I would strongly suggest seeing your doctor...

The only way to know if you have liver damage is by seeing your doctor... Your doctor will probably send you for lab work to check on your liver... Tylenol overdose is a big problem, why would you take such large doses? I would be more concerned of a personal problem that you may need help dealing with... Your liver us such a vital organ and everything you digest is metabolized

you should never take more than it says, if you feel ok than am sure you are , but do not take anymore for a while. call your dr and ask them about it or the drug store they can tell you
