Herpes or HIV or something else ?

Ok I had unprotected sex with a female just over six weeks ago. Lasted for 10 mins and did not ejaculate inside. I started getting a burning feeling in the tip of my penis after 5 days. Felt like I always needed to urinate. Also noticed most of my penid shaft was discoloured like I had a tan in most parts. Went and had STD tests done 9 days after exposure. Was give Doxy for a week to take just incase. Results all came back negative. My slight burning feeling started to get a bit worse and then I started getting a burning feeling in my scrotum and inner tights. This was around 2-3 weeks. Also a vibrating feeling in the end of my penis started to come and go. (Felt like my phone was ringing in my pants) so I was now worried about herpes. So I went back at 3-4 weeks to be checked and tested. The doctor said it was very unlikely herpes as I had no sores. (I did say I think I have some very very small red sores inside my shaft) He said they were nothing. The pain in the tip and the need to wee was still here. Whet back 6 days later and was told I had herpes 1 from a Igg test and was given Ani viral to take for 5 days. I still had the same problems and was getting anxiety over it all. I then started with a sore throat at 4 weeks and still have it now at 6 weeks mark. It's like a burning feeling in the throat. Nothing else I've not had flu symptoms or anything else. I then got concerned it could be HIV I got texted for this and sythilis at 5 weeks and 3 days after potential exposure. My anxiety was really bad now. The 4th generation test results came back negative. So here I am 6 weeks in with the same issue in my penis (burning and always needing a wee and very very small red dots inside my shaft. A burning sore throat and discolouration in my skin colour on my penis, like it is sun tanned)
Has anyone got an idea what this could be

Thank you for getting back to me. These are the questions I still have, after 8 week.
1. Is my 4th generation negative HIV and test for Syphilis results at 5 weeks and 3 days conclusive?
2. Are Chlamydia / Gono negative results conclusive after 9 days? (still have a slight burning feeling in the tip of penis)
3. I had an appointment with my GP regarding my throat, was told it was tonsillitis. Given penicillin VK for 10 days, half way through this and no improvement, it is now going on to 3 weeks with this burning throat feeling. Could this be due to syphilis or HIV ?
4. I am booked to be tested in 3 days which will be 8 weeks mark. I am I best to be tested again for all STD's including syphilis and HIV or are my 5 and a half weeks result conclusive in these areas? (also should I test for herpes 2 again at the 8 weeks mark?) Thank you for your support.

First to address you HIV concern. While it is a risk when you have unprotected sex, what you describe is not symptoms of HIV. It is good you were tested, but your symptoms do not indicated that you have HIV.
As to what is causing your symptoms, I am not sure. You have had all the testing that I would recommend. If you are not getting the answers you are looking for, and therefore an effective treatment, you should possibly see a different doctor. I would suggest thinking about seeing a urologist to find what is causing your discomfort.
