Will this help to improve my breast conditions which sometimes I feel breast tense and pain due to breast cyst problem. What supplement should I take to help improve my present medical conditions.

Evening primrose oil and vitamin E have been reported to help with breast pain associated with breast fibroadenomas, though this has not been proven in clinical studies. You can also try hot or cold compresses as an alternative.

The RDA (recommended dietary allowance) for Vitamin E for women is 22.4 IU. EPO is officially licensed for the treatment of breast pain (mastalgia) in the United Kingdom and considered first-line therapy in several European countries. EPO was found effective at decreasing breast pain in several clinical studies, however, other studies show no benefit. I cannot find a specific dosage for breast pain, however, the dosage can range from 2 to 8 grams per day of EPO.

Thanks for your valuable advice.

Is daily intake of 1 capsule evening primrose oil at 500mg combined with Vitamin E of 15iu enough to improve my medical conditions? Should I buy additional Vitamin E of 200iu? Or should I take 1000mg of evening primrose oil combined with Vitamin E of 200iu?

Appreciate your professional reply.

Thank You.
