This is not ok.  Zopiclone may cause drowsiness, dizziness, lightheadedness, and difficulty with coordination so when you take an extra amount of this, these effects may been intensified.  Also, this should only be taken at bedtime.  Most likely you will not be able to function if you take this in the morning since you will experience excessive drowsiness.  Since you also took a total of 12mg of diazepam over the course of an hour and a half, this will also add to your drowsiness.

In the future, I would strongly discourage taking more of your medicines that prescribed.  The doctor has evaluated you and given you a prescription  based on your symptoms.  Almost all drugs have a maximum amount that can be tolerated by your body, and this maximum is serious.  This is why you should not change your doses.  These drugs can be dangerous, especially when not taken properly or when taken in such high doses.  In addition, when increasing these doses, drug interactions are more likely.

Carbamazepine in particular is a drug that must be carefully dosed, and increasing or decreasing other drugs in your regimen can have an effect on it.  I suggest you talk to your doctor and discuss your current symptoms.  Always leave dosage changes up to your doctor.
