Large Polyps....Need urgrent attention

i have big nasal polyps throughout my nose and can be seen hanging when i open my mouth near throat area.....how can it be cured???can it be treated with medication or surgery is necessary???
I have difficulty in walking...have headache problem.
Please reply soon....need your help asap

Nasal polyps can usually be managed by the use of an inhaled nasal steroid.  However, if the polyps are large and causing significant obstruction  to nasal airflow, that would prevent contact of the steroid with the surface of the polyps, inhalation therapy alone may not suffice.  In such circumstances, surgical removal may be necessary, followed by nasal steroid inhalation to prevent recurrence.
