Asthma/ lung cancer

I have been having an issue the past couple of days where my chest is tight and I feel like I can't breath. It is right when I get up in the morning (or if I wake up in the middle of the night), and it does seem to ease up if I use my albuteral inhaler. Over a year ago I had X-rays done at the emergency room, I went in and they said I had bronchitis. That was my second year having bronchitis, and this time they said they found a small coin lesion/ nodule in my lung. They said it was small and round but with my random lung pain (sometimes in my back), I am worried it may possibly be something worse. It even makes me think it has metastasized to my brain (I have migraines and random weird feelings in my head all the time, also sometimes a "fullness" like sinus issues), but I am also a hypochondriac so I just want to get some advice and see if I should really visit my doctor since I don't exactly have the money to do so under normal circumstances. I also get random joint/ bone pain that moves all around my body some days. It isn't horrible but does worry me, told my doctor about it at my last checkup over a year ago and she said I was still growing (I'm 20 now). Any help is appreciated so I can try and calm myself down
