Breathing heavy

Hi,
I breath heavy. Most of my colleagues, friends and family say it.
I don't have any kind of allergy or asthma. I exercise regularly with around 10 miles of cycliing. Do I need to be concerned.
I don't have any kind of chest pain.

regards

Do you have any sleep issues?  Just a thought .. since sleep, breathing, and ENT all go together .. if so, you can try Dr. Park's Expert forum on sleep disorders.

Hi and Welcome.

It's important to see a doctor to be certain what's going on.  Could it be sinus related at all?  Just a thought.  But defintely consult with your doc and keep in touch with us with an update and/or others may have some thoughts to share with you, too!
