Chronic asthma & blocked sinuses

Hi
I have been suffering from an as yet unknown condition for about 2 years.  It began with chronic fatigue with bouts of asthmatic bronchitis occuring every 2 or 3 months, and more recently swollen neck glands, blocked sinuses and asthma. The doctors here have been unable to determine what the cause is.  My nutritionalist believes a poor diet (not that poor!) has caused various things to stop working espcecially my adrenal glands which has lowered my immune system etc.. Having changed to a more alkaline diet I am feeling much better but cannot get rid of the asthma and sinus problem.  I am constantly clearing my throat and am very phlegmy.
Can anyone tell me how to get rid of this condition?
Thanks.

Great .. I'm also the Co-CL on thyroid disorders and we send people to Adrenals all the time.  Let us know how you make out over there!

Hello and welcome,

I'm not well versed with your condition, but feel free to also stop by the Adrenal Community .. they may have some input on the cortisol issues ??
