Feeling like I can't take a full breath?

Hi i'm caroline and i'm 13. So a little over a year ago I've been feeling like I can't take a full breath. Or like I can't get a satisfying breath. It started while I was reading something out to the class last year. I have really bad anxiety and social anxiety so maybe that's what it's all about but I don't know. I told my parents and they just said it was because of puberty which annoyed me because I looked it up and old people have it too. Whether i'm called on in class or if i'm at home reading a book the feeling that i can't get a full breath is the same. so i know is probably just anxiety but what i'm wondering is how i can make it stop, other than just ignoring it. if any one has any suggestions please tell me!! thanks
