I can't fully breathe, can't fill lungs

Hello, I'm 15 and I can't fill my lungs completely.
I try to yawn almost every minute, and after few attempts I can fully breathe, but I need to yawn after one minute again.
When I go to balcony, or to fresh air it becomes easier to yawn.
I don't smoke or drink alcohol, Air Quality Index is 66 in my city.

It was happening sometimes last year, but it was lasting only a day. Now it's been 5 weeks and it never stopped. It wasn't disturbing much in beginning but now I can't sleep properly because of this.
I think it could be because of stress, school, exams..

Is there anything that I can do without going to doctor?

Thank you so much!
