meds induce asthma

has anyone been on a med that cause the asthma if so what . ive been on timolol for 20 years its a beta blocker never had asthmas now reading where it can cause the Bronchospasm and its really scareing me .

will that cause death? never had asthma now am having it plus short of breath now and than. really scareying me
i go see a asthma dr in the moring but wanted to know if anyone been where i am . thanks

Timolol can cause problems with an asthmatic.

And yes, you should be concerned.

Suggest your physician consider an alternative medication, or a protocol involving a smaller doseage.

There are no sources I've found that say or even mention medication being a factor.
