Build up your timing gradually. If you feel tired or dizzy, stop and resume after one minute.
Anulom Vilom pranayam –

Have you been diagnosed with asthma?

More information would be very helpful, but there are several reasons why asthma symptoms would be worse when the seasons change.  The change in weather (temperature and humidity).  Different seasons have different prevalent allergens.  Also, the change in wind directtion will bring different pollens into your area.

I would recommend that you see a dr for a work up on the cause of your increased symptoms.
