Hi Carolink,

You're very welcome.  I'm glad you found my comments helpful.
The humidifier we bought is made by Honeywell.  It blows out cool
air. We had one before that blew out warm air. I prefer this one
that blows out cool air. It has a water indicator on the side so you
always know how much water there is inside. I think it will help you
too.  Eve

You asked " could this come down from my nose to my throat " ?
Yes, I think maybe it could. You say sometimes when it's too dry,
I sometimes get a little blood in my nose and it's when I cough, a
little bit of blood. Your nose and your throat are connected.
Perhaps an air humidifier would help you. We purchased an air
humidifier last year and we've been using it during the winter when
the air in our townhouse seems to be particularly dry. We leave it
running in our bedroom all night. It's a cool air humidifier and it's
so easy to use and it shuts off when there is no more water not that
has ever been an issue because it has a water indicator level on
the outside of the air humidifier.  You might want to purchase an
air humidifier too. I have asthma too and it has really helped me
as well as my husband. Hope this has been helpful.  Eve

Hello carolink,

Just finished reading your comments. You said you coughed up a little
bit of blood in the morning about two days ago. You also said this has
happened before. Perhaps its time to make a doctor's appointment
to discuss this. Myself, I would want to know where the blood is coming
from and why.  Good luck to you. Eve
