help

hi i have been running, cross country last fall winter running, track. Know it is summer and i took a little break and i have started running again but everytime i run i get a really bad pain in my left side low like almost by my hip but it isn't. sometimes it goes away or not. last time i went for a run i was planning on running 8 miles and i started to walk at a mile and a half because of my really bad pain. When i was walking the pain still didn't go away. Please help me i have to start running again and be in no pain. thankks(:

I looked at your profile and your young (13 yrs. old). This pain on a female can be anything from getting your body back into the routine to your left ovary. You really should get it checked out by your physician or have a parent take you to a sports specialist. Good luck.
