Did the MRI and CT scan really detecting ataxia?

The MRI or CT scan didn't show any sign of abnormality in my brain. But I do have symptoms of ataxia (or anything else. I'm not sure).  I will do a follow up with my doctor next month but I'm impatient because I really want to know what exactly happen to me. I need second opinions. My right hand feels weird and I'm unable to write or even eating using it. Sometime, there are tremors too. I have to postpone my study because of this.
