SID Regressions

My son is 11 dx autism.  He has had severe sensory issues since young.  These issues for the most part "disappeared" about 3-4 years ago.  In the last month, they have totally "reappeared" again.  He is doing things that he did when he was 5-6!!!

What possibly could cause such a regression?  Allergies?  Just something that happens (then how)?
He is/has been receiving the exact same amount of OT as always.  Could it have something to do with stress?

HELP!!!!!!

Has also become aggressive and bit of tantrumming(NEVER before).
