The bumps could be allergic reaction to the medications that the child took. Other possibilities are iron deficiency anemia, pernicious anemia and other B-vitamin deficiencies, aphthous ulcers, oral lichen planus, and fungal infection. Please take her to he pediatrician and get this examined. She may need multivitamins and something to soothe the bumps if they make it difficult for her to eat.  Take care!
