children's development

my daughter will be 3 yrs old in august and has no more than 10 words dada for daddy, tata for water, no, thank u , i love u .She brings u to what she wants.  sometimes follow commands.  Don't interact with other kids even if they try she will walk away from them all the time.  will try to repeat some words u ask her to sometimes. Is she autistic?

you won't know with out testing but she could just be speech delayed i'm not sure where your from so its probably called something different but there should be programs where you are that helps with children speech development they came to your house they will observe your child and then set up appointments depending on how much and what kind of help she needs they come to your home for the appointments so the child is comfortable there is usually no charge depending on your insurance and they will be able to tell you if she needs testing for autism and where you can go to get it done our daughter has been a speech therapy program( called ECI early childhood intervention)since she was 18 months because she was not speaking at all until she turned three and then she was moved to a new program for older children even though she's in school now they still come twice a week they've helped her a lot but you should look into it because that's not a normal vocabulary for a three year old to have
