I was sent for blood work, can someone help me?

So recently I've been feeling very rundown. I've been having very bad pain in certain parts of my body, almost debilitating. My pain dr sent me for blood work to see if i have any autoimmune disease. He also sent me to a rheumatologist, which ill be seeing him this week. First he sent me for a ANA test, it came out positive abnormal. Then he sent me for a CRP test. my results were a 10.2. He also sent me for a ANTI-SSA test, which was a 3.8, but the SSB test was a <0.2. He also sent me for a ANTI/DSDNA in which it was a 1. I've been having problems for years now.
