I am hoping someone can shed some light on my test results, I don't go see my doctor to review them until next week and I am very anxious. The results are as follows

dsDNA Ab                                               5     (std 0-9)
Ribonucleic Protein antibodies               0.4   (std 0.0-0.9)
Smith Ab                                               <0.2  (std 0.0-0.9)
Antiscleroderma-70 antibodies              0.7     (std 0.0-0.9)
Sjogren's anti SS-A                               1.1    (std 0.0-0.9)
ENA SSB (LA) Ab                                 <0.2  (std 0.0-0.9)
Antichromatin Antibodies                      <0.2   (std 0.0-0.9)
Anti- Jo-1                                               <0.2   (std 0.0-0.9)
Anti-Centromere B Antibodies              <0.2   (std 0.0-0.9)

Hi MEflake.
From what I can see, there's very little in your test which
can even indicate anything specific.
All your results seem to be within range except the
Sjogren's anti SS-A, which is only marginally above the ref.
range and of insignificant diagnostic value on its own.
So please let your anxiety subside for now at least, while
pursuing a diagnosis.
If you wish, you may post again with a brief med history and your symptoms.
Lab tests are only a part of the diagnostic procedures and not necessarily.always leading to some conclusion.
