ANA SCREEN, IFA:Positive..Ana pattern: nucleolar..Ana titer 1:40H

I have a question this was my test result
ANA SCREEN, IFA : Positive
ANA PATTERN: Nucleolar
ANA TITER 1:40H
DNA (DS) ANTIBODY:1

I dont have any muscle or joints ache or weakness.  Do I have autoimmune disease with this test result or something also like a bacterial infection?

I had my ANA tested and my result said <1:80 and I have four autoimmune diseases. smh. :) But if you don't really have any symptoms it's probably nothing to worry about.

"low-titre ANF (titres of <=1:80) may be clinically insignificant. Higher titres may be seen in various conditions, including RA and connective tissue diseases, and sometimes in viral and chronic infections (2)" - ANA -
