Autoimmune issue?

Not sure what to do but my symptoms are getting worse by the day:  My IGe is 213 yet my blood tests for allergens is negative; Sed rate is 28 (slightly elevated but nothing to worry about).  I am vitamin D deficient (19 was the result) and low B12 (274).  I have skin rashes that range from hives to circular, scaly red patches that come and go.  I am extremely fatigued; no strength to lift arms above my head - they feel so heavy;  breathless when I talk or even try to make the bed; muscular weakness in arms and legs; digestive woes (20 mins after eating anything bloating -- looks like I am pregnant - stomach knots up hard).  My GB was removed in March and was doing just great until May 2.  Back Pain in the kidney area but it is more a muscular type pain; itchy scalp, hair falling out, dry skin.  It feels like I am slowly dying......I get chills but no fever.....feel like I am breathing through water sometimes; dizzy and light headed... low BP of 89/55 which is the norm for me...doctors tell me anxiety b/c all tests they do come back normal.  Heart echo - normal (including nuclear stress test) MRI of spine - cervical and thoracic and brain - normal (done without dye)' Abdominal CT shows benign liver cyst and ovary cyst.......

Tests for thyroid, lupus and rheumatoid arth. come back negative.  CBC normal; urine - normal (sometimes it will show excessive white cells, but then culture is normal).  Anybody have any ideas out there if this celiac or possible another autoimmune disorder........would like to get my life back -- this has gone on for a year and it's getting worse.....

The symptom you complain about not being able to lift your arms over your head is tell-tale of an autoimmune diease called myositis. It effects your muscles. There are many different types and it can also be secondary to other autoimmune diseases. Google it and see if the symptoms match yours.

You could try getting your adrenals checked. Adrenal anti-bodies blood test.
It could be Lyme disease, but I would be going for the adrenal tests. Best to get them both checked out.
Good luck!
