Burning pain, Fatigue, Weight Loss ...... Whats wrong with me???

Needed some advice or help. So I thought I would post my symptoms and tests so far.

Most of my symptoms are muscle tenderness and weakness ( sore sharp pain to the touch ). Back, neck and shoulders hurt the most all the time. Really have a hard time moving my head from side to side. Calve muscles cramp up alot and can barely touch them. Throbbing pain in various locations ( sometimes side of jaw, close to the ears ). Feel bug crawling sensations everyday. Mostly on my neck, ribs, abdomen, back and lower leg areas. Burning pain in my arms and legs, when doing nothing. Muscle twitches in all different locations, off and on. Some to severe ( especially in hot weather ) light headedness and weak. In hot, humid weather,
have to concentrate to keep my balance and not pass out outside. Extreme fatigue most of the day and lack of concentration.
Hard to drive a car, for example, fall to sleep a few minutes into driving anywhere. Vision gets blurry in the evenings. Can't drive at night at all, from night vision blindness. Also got stomach pain all the time with irritable bowels. It takes turns, some days constipated, than gas and bloating and then day of diarhea. Lost considerable weight. Since high school and even
10 years in the military, I always weighed avg 170 lbs. ( about 25 yrs.) . I'm 44 years old. In 2 months, June to August, I lost 25 lbs. Now I weigh only 139 lbs. Try to keep my weight up.
But lost my appetite and feel bloating, sick or full when eating.
Had the weird phenomenon of Raynauds, in the hands several times, when it was colder out. Fingertips to the first joint, would turn white with no circulation in them and no feeling at all. Sometimes it would last for hours. When circulation returns, they would extremely hurt like pins and needles until fully normal again. Frequent urination, slurred speech, drooling and lack of coordination of thought to speech. Short term memory loss.

So far, had numerous blood tests:
Neg for: Lyme desease, Lupus, Thyroid disfunction, Aids, Rh.A. >11, Normal serum electrophoresis , normal ADA, CPK 178, ESR 4, no findings of Vitamin difficencies etc.. everything normal in blood tests so far.
C.T. of Abdomen and pelvis with oral and IV contrast. All unremarkable, except a 7mm nodule in left lung, appears to be benign and fatty.
Diagnosed with carporal tunnel syndrome in 2008.
Diagnosed with Mayotendinous pain syndrome in Sep. 09. (rheumatologist, with no testing done).
Diagnosed with having possible small fiber neuropathy, due to abnormal findings in a Qsart test.
Neurologist did just the Qsart test in May 2010.

Any suggestions what I could have and any other tests I should get done, would be greatly appreciated. Been struggle with extreme pain and weakness, weight loss, dizziness, fatigue since June 2009, with very little answers.

                                                                        Thanks sincerely,
                                                                         Ed from WI

Yes I have seen a Rheumatologist(last year Sep) and he diagnosed me with Myotendinous pain syndrome. He didn't seem to enthusiastic to do any tests or check me out. He also refered me to a Neurologist which I saw now twice. There than I had blood work done ( Ferritin, Iron, ESR, Protein Elelectrophoresis, Methylmalonic Ac(MMA), Homocysteine, Hemoglobin, Folate, B-12. All bloodwork was normal.  I had also the QSART test done which appeared to be abnormal and may indicate a small fiber neuropathy. The final interpretation for that is still pending, since they didn't find a cause for that.
I'm just getting pretty much discouraged by the docs not finding out whats going on with me. Thanks again!

I have no idea why he's testing your Serotonin Metabolite. I don't even know what he could be looking for there... but the addition of a rash ... have you seen a rheumatologist?

361,      Thanks for the suggestion. Saw my Doctor on Wed and asked about posiible AI. He gave me a 24 hr urine test to perform ( 5-HYDROXYINDOLACETIC ACID, 5-HIAA, Serotonin Metabolite, Urine, 5HIAA ). Will that test let me know if I have AI?
He also noticed I have a rash on both sides of my neck, that is also getting more noticable on the sides of my face, forehead and nose (getting weird?). So I have an appointment with a Dermatologist on the 22 Jul '10, about the rash.

Karajo,   Thanks for the info on the symptom checker. I did write some of them down and checked for the closest symptoms. I'll see what these latest tests due, if anything. Maybe the dermatologist can fit another piece of the puzzle together, for me.
Also today I was walking my dog outside and my outer calf muscle hurt more than usual. So I felt the outer calf. Big mistake, almost floored me with pain. Now the outer calf muscle is worse. Both cramped up and swollen. Need to learn not to touch something, when it hurts I guess.

Thanks for the responses (Sorry I answered both together, pressed for time allot)

Hi and welcome to MedHelp.

You have really been sick for a long time.  I know how discouraging that is to keep hitting dead ends.  Do you have a dr. who is really trying to figure things out?

I did some checking on the symptom checker here on MedHelp.  Follow this link....there are 4 pages.  You can click on any that you think might apply to your situation.  Several times I would go to my dr. and ask "Do you think it could be this?"  He usually would do a test to either confirm or rule out.  It was all fitting the puzzle pieces together.  Anyway, here is the link:

Praying for you Ed.

Have your cortisol tested! Except for the pain aspect, it sounds like you may be suffering from adrenal insufficiency.
