My B12 is about 482 last time checked.  I was dx with atrophic gastritis after an endoscopy in october.  I get that weakness feeling and some nausea.  I have vitiligo luckily in areas that are not exposed.  I have antibodies to intrinsic factor.  I get tingling in my arms/hands at night and it is more than the usual lying on the arm numbness I think.  This is all so new to me and I am trying to piece everything together.  I worry about my health.  I have always been healthy although my white blood cells and iron have historically always been low.  They attributed that to periods etc in the past.  I exercise and try to eat right.  I am looking for some encouragement I guess as I sometimes feel like I am going downhill.  Again, I am only 42.

i have the severe tiredness, but it is a weird tiredness.  my b12 is not as bad as yours, mine is 315 but should be like 1200 from the lab infor.  my endo said he felt it was too low and i see a blood dr next week.  i have the numbness that drives me crazy, i have severe leg cramps during the night, i have vit d  deficiency which was finally diagnosed after i broke a ton of ribs doing things like bending over a bathtub.  I have started having blood pressure problems which i have never had, palputations and high blood pressure.  i have high trig which i have never had a problem with       i also have severe alternating cramps and diahrea that has just started in the last year.
just weirdo stuff
my great grandfather had pernicious anemia and my grandfather and nearly all of his 7 children.  most like my dad died very young so it was not diagnosed but the ones who lived after 50 were all diagnosed and their children  two first cousins have it.  they waited until they were really sick to find it out.
but i also have lupus which dr's use as an excuse for every complaint that is why it took so long to get the vit d and b12 tests done

My symptoms were quit scary. At initial testing my b12 was 95. I had short term memory issue, couldn't think straight, and couldn't think of the correct word sometimes. I was tired all the time, even after sleeping for 10-11 hours and got out of breath easily. I had no appetite and lost some wt. I was numb from head to toe and even had a weird feeling up and down my spine when I bent my head forward. Pieces and parts of me were cold to the touch which was annoying to say the least. I had an odd feeling in my head and my one eye would go blurry. The neurologist actually thinks this may have been an atypical migraine. Last but not least my finger nails and hair weren't all that strong anymore. It was miserable. Look up the condition on medline plus. The neurologist tested my for the b12 on my first visit to her and also for pernicous anemia. She actually called the next day. I could have kissed her. Almost a year later and a bunch of b12 shots later life is not bad. I still have an odd assorment of neurological symptoms that can't be explained yet but we are looking into atypical migraines as a possible solution to that mystery.

What are you guys feeling.

Yes, I have pernicious anemia and am in my 40s. I was diagnosed April 2007. I think we have finally gotten the b12 levels back to where they need to be for me.
