Elevated RF and IgG with horrible chest pain and high blood pressure

Hi everyone! I am a 34 year old female and I have been having horrible chest pain for several months now.  I have been in the ER three times recently for the chest pain.  I have suddenly developed high blood pressure (152/100)  and constantly feel tingling in my left arm, left sided chest pain, back pain, pain under my left armpit and elevated resting heart rate (avg 110).   My EKG was abnormal because of my tachycardia, but no heart attack (which I sure felt like I had).  All my blood work is normal EXCEPT my RF is 32 and my IgG is 2027!  My ANA is negative.   I am scheduled to have further work up with my cardiologist next week and will see a Rheumatologist in May.  I am now on Atenenol for BP and tachycardia but I still have chest pain/pressure (which is constant) and the tingling in my left arm.  On a side note, I also have breast implants which I have had for 12 years now.  I have been reading about the correlation between breast implants and connective tissue disease, now I am concerned.  Does anybody have a similar situation or comments on what is wrong with me? I am fearful and tired of feeling this way!  Thank you for any advice or feedback!

I don't have implants, but have heard about some of them leaking and causing pain.  And it all could be unrelated to the BP and BPM episodes.

Globulin is important for its immunologic responses, especially its gamma component (IgG, IgA, IgM and IgE)  Gobulins have many diverse functions such as, the carrier of some hormones, lipids, metals,a nd antibodies.  When chronic inections, liver disease, rheumatoid arthritis, myelomas, and lupus are present, elevated levels are seen.

Have you had any joint pain along w/ fatigue?
Have they done a urinalysis?
Have they check for lymes? Or other tick born illnesses?
