Fatigue, Dizziness, Joint Pain, Nausea

I've been feeling tired a lot lately, more then I usually feel and recently I've been having joint pains, and a nausea feeling, but no throwing up. I've also had/have dizziness to where I sometimes almost faint. I can't go to a doctor because I have no insurance, though I'm trying to figure out what might be wrong with me to know if I might need to go to a hospital anyways or not.

I haven't been sick lately.. I did get bitten by tons of mosquitoes over the last month, though nothing really besides that. No fevers... I really don't know what's going on.

Did you ever find out what it was making you feel this way.  Your story sounds exactly like mine.  I'm female and only 29.  Had my tonsils out at 19.  I have adrenal insifficiency.  Every time I get a virus I worse and worse.  I have a hiatal hernia and suffer from dizziness, nausea and a spacey feeling after eating.  It's really getting to me because I have two 5 year olds and an infant to care for.

I didn't think to put this but I'm also only 24 in case that was needed. And I have been having spacy moments as well... times where I feel disconnected or not alert....
