Is there a connection - endometreosis and anutoimmune?

I ran across an article that suggested that endometreosis was autoimmune related.

I was wondering how many of you AI patients also have endometreosis/adnymiosis.  And what AI do you have.  I have lupus, fibromyalgia, eczema and endo.

There is a good chance you do have endo.  
How is your hand doing?  I cut my toe w/ an ax yesterday.  Just a small amount of blood. (don't ask me what I was doing w/ an ax w/o shoes :)  But I thought about you and prayed for you, also thanking God I didn't have the Frankinstein looking stick you ended up with.

Very interesting.  I have hypothyroidism, ulcerative colitis (surgically cured), lupus, and fybromyalgia.  I've not been told I have endo but I do wonder if I do as all my organs are glued together from so many surgeries and I have awful abdominal pain outside my uterine area just before my period.
