well i made it thru the move and thank you for your advise... i am going to see a genetic guy and a neuro endocrineologist who has a speciality in genetics... best i can do... you were right conventional endo docs really have little knowledge in this area... hope my next referrals at the end of the month shed some light on the situation... meantime retesting all immunoglobulins and serum mucosa to see if that is some of my problem with the low IGA and eating... movd in to moms to rest... doc said can replace my low IGG but nothing for IGA and he also said IGM was high but didnt seem to coorelate it with anything... just wanted to update you... thanks again.

Hey mommy_x4.

Usually I can come up with answers for most questions, no matter how complex, however, under these circumstances, I can only offer you a couple
suggestions, which may help a little for the time being.

If your blood pressure is low, you may need  to take more salt (one of the presentations of adrenal fatigue) and see if it helps. Try REAL unprocessed sea salt if possible.
Take virgin coconut oil, most efficient energy source, requiring the least amount of metabolic processing for conversion. Max daily 3-4 tablespoons.

Take many breaks while moving and snack frequently (healthy snacks & avoid carbs ).

I'll send you a pm later. Gotta run!

Cheers!

Thank you for all your help!!! :-) I am on govmt insurance and CAN NOT afford anything as my husband in the last three .onths have quit his job and only done sidework to help take care of me and the kids more. That is not an option unfortunately... is there some things I can be doing on my own to help during this stressful time of moving this week? Would like to do all I can to prevent a disaster

I do feel for you and yes, you made need an advocate, a voice to push for you.
Again you understand how the system works and you're taking a huge gamble with your health, since you do not have the luxury of time...time  to be wasted between ER visits for temp. severe symptom management and waiting for appointments with Doctors who seem to be going around in circles, leaving you in limbo.

If you can afford it, I suggest you go to a good Holistic, Naturopathic or Functional Medicine Doctor who understands Adrenal Fatigue, unlike
his or her conventional counterparts, who do not and if they do, they are usually muzzled by their governing boards and do very little to offer effective treatment, since it is not within "established" treatment guidelines.

It will take anywhere from 3-24 months, for your adrenal fatigue to get under control & treated if stage 3, barring any further complications, having a good Health Professional , as I mentioned before, to facilitate this for you.

It's a tough situation for you, but hang in there... tough, my dear.

You still have that fighting spirit in you, all you need is a strong advocate/coach to make things happen soon !

Take care.

My eyes have been involved but I didnt realize it till research. they are always dilated and cant stay small when light shines in. I tremble from inside out even on nuerontin and xanax for panic attacks. The 110lbs is now 108.5. So exhausted but I ca t sleep. Body shuts down for couple hours in afternon then also from6-8am. I have multiple emotional meltdowns everyday and after and hour maybe two...I have to go back to bed even tho I just lay there and "rest" per my husbandd but my mind wont shut off. I am in bed a lot but also dont sleep either. I used to be pretty but dont even do ADLs anymore. I cant without help. Hair falling out like the wolfman when my husband helps me wash it. I use to have a beautiful thi k mane of hair. Skin so dry it flakes even when I put lotion on more than once a day. Im alost out of antbx and lungs r getting worse. I now avoid normal activites and people to try to limit anxiety attacks. Food feels like poision. I NEVER have diarehhe cuz I got ibs w constipation. Now I have diarrhea since yesterday???? If it were the antbx (aug 875) I would have expected it to happen before day 9 on them. Anything I can xo on my own to make it thru this move ok?

I wonder who I get to listen to me at this point... I am sure its stage 3d at least if not stage 4... sometimes I dont eat at all for a few days then have 1 thing... I called my endo and heme after our 1st talks and after lots of teeth pulling got in may 7&8. I called again yesterday because its getting worse and gathering steam as I go downhill. The er just treats symptoms and say follow up with md. I am moving this week also. After telling one of the MAs ALL my symptoms. Dr was suppose to call back to advise but they did not call. I am afraid something bad will happen. Trying to rest and hydrate as much as pozzible but I am movinv this whole week. How do I get someone to liste. To me. I feel myself getting sicker but I dont have a loud enough voice

Hi again.

Hmm, this is almost unknown territory.
Do you know which sub-class IgG deficiency and IgA was it selective
and were you told anything about possible transient immunoglobulin deficiency? There are so many variables in these deficiencies!

It is noteworthy to mention that in the IgA deficiency, the serum testing does not indicate the mucosa content of IgA which is quite significant and that is why many with low IgA have no serious disease implications, however, there
are many immunoglobulin deficient,  who are suffering from auto-immune conditions without any clear reason. Medical science has no clear answers here, yet.
I suspect that underlying infectious pathogenic conditions, such as mycoplasma, babesia, ehrlichia etc, considering your medical history, have to be ruled out, as well, as they are A/I mimickers. The good news is that these
infectious conditions are treatable!
Your doctors are not likely to help you with these.
Just do search here under Dr. Garth Nicolson, a part time contributor in medhelp and the world's top expert in these types of infections regarding
diagnosis and treatment
They are notoriously difficult to diagnose and to treat, leaving the majority
of sufferers undiagnosed or worse misdiagnosed as CFS,FMS and other conditions.

Your difficulty is in finding the right Health Professional to take a keen interest in your case and put this all together.
Understanding the limitations of our conventional medical system, my guess is that if you do not go private and seek the best Professionals who integrate
Holistic and Conventional approaches at a high level, there's a good chance you might stay in limbo for a long time, not only limiting your possibility for any notable improvement, but also running the risk of having serious organ/system
involvement with likely irreparable damage. Not a good prognosis to say the least.

Wishing you well.

You need to explore the type of MTHFR mutation you have.
There are many possible mutations but you need to be tested mainly for
677 and 1298 , so you need to hook up with a knowledgeable geneticist
who can also treat you.
There has been considerable research that shows one or more MTHFR mutations may play a role in cancer, stroke, heart problems, congenital defects, depression, IBS , miscarriages, migraines, chemical sensitivities, schizophrenia-like syndromes, bipolar disorder, Parkinson’s disease, Alzheimer’s disease and more.
If you do a search under:
" Dr Lynch on September 7, 2011 in MTHFR Mutations"
you may understand that  your phenotype and genotype are possibly huge co-factors in the development of your conditions.

So in light of your MTHFR genetic defect, all other medical investigations take a secondary position with the exception perhaps of your adrenals.
There are numerous vital bodily functions- when one has this defective gene-, which take place at sub-optimal levels, as low as 70% below normal in some cases!

Yes, I think you have 2 major separate but possibly linked underlying SERIOUS issues, adrenal fatigue ( could be secondary ) and MTHFR defect, likely responsible for most of your health issues.

Note that you cannot fix a genetic defect, but there are things that can be done. Also adrenal fatigue up to stage 3 can be treated, but also in stage 4 things can be done to stabilize it and somewhat normalize certain impaired functions.

I think the vaccines you have taken may be have been compromising your health further instead of offering protection, considering your MTHFR defect you are also at high risk for adverse reactions to vaccines because your ability to eliminate some of the offensive substances in them (additives and preservatives) is pretty low.
In addition, your methylation  and cellular energy production may be  seriously impaired, rendering you even more vulnerable

Hehe, no disrespect to you, but if it were me, I would have their rear ends on a silver platter, for negligent conduct, causing bodily harm and irreparable damage, should your MTHFR defect and other related health information have been on your medical records PRIOR to your vaccinations!!!
Therefore ignorance could not be used as a defense.
I'm not a lawyer but I believe there's a liability issue here as well.

Enough said on this. Sorry, I get carried away some times.

That makes me think, that you are may be also very vulnerable to the politics of the medical system, where the underlying genetic links may be  grossly downplayed or outright ignored.
Blaming some of those issues on your pregnancy and the baby taking some of your immunity sounds a bit of a stretch.

Be careful with what you decide to do my dear.

Take care
Niko

I do have a few more questions....it does sound like OAT imbalance but is my continued weight loss due to stage 4 adrenal fatigue or something else's...that part doesn't make sense...food feels like poision....on marinol to marinating 110lbs and that is starting to fail....worried about low IGG.&IGA....also have MTHFR factor disorder.....and IBS with constipation...mom and sister have.chrome very bad and both also have the MTHFR thing.....also the whole never has TB or hep C antibodies when I for sure had it....no antibodies to hep b either or other vaccines I know I have had...more than once actually because the tiger was low when tested to work at hospital years ago and got all vaccines again....they blamed that on pregnancy...baby took my immunity.....do I have two seperate issues here?

Hi mommy_x4 and welcome to the forum.

Your genotype may predispose you to adrenal fatigue.
I suggest you look into adrenal-ovarian-thyroid axis (OAT) imbalance,
but conventional medicine is not where you will find any answers for this.

I would look for a Doctor who has training through the Kalish Insitute (or similar), in functional medicine.
Conventional  Endocrinology  does not address, nor recognize OAT imbalances until there's a endocrine/adrenal crisis!

My opinion is that 26 in the ACTH stim test is low and at this subclinical level , of course your doctor tells you otherwise, but I believe that adrenal fatigue (not addison's) could be wreaking havoc in your body, while you are getting no treatment for it!

Another thing to note is that: Cortisol regulates the immune cells in our gut so when cortisol is low those cells become dysregulated, making us more susceptible to pathogens like bacteria, yeast, and parasites plus A LOT more damaging consequences.

I could not see the prednisone working for any extended time, as there might already be a diminished production of cortisol after prolonged and unsustainable higher levels of it due to chronic stress and other factors.
The extended treatment with prednisone would probably compromise the
cortisol production further, leading to the worsening of your condition.

Your situation is very delicate and please consider what I have suggested
very carefully, but also note that my comments do not constitute medical advice.

Please let me know if you need any more details.

Best wishes.
