Poly-cranial Neuritis

can someone help me?  has this ever happened to anybody in the world.  i've been having episodic moments where only the entire right side of my face goes completely numb, along with excruciating headaches (far worse than migraines), and with severe vertigo - which includes vomiting, nausea, and dizziness.  My neurologist seems to not know what causes this illness, and i feel totally helpless, as if this has only happened to me.

Bell's Palsy or Ramsay Hunt Syndrome variants.
Look for underlying (previously dormant  and recently reactivated) viral infectious conditions, like  the varicella-zoster virus and Epstein-Barr virus, which possibly could be causing this.
Best wishes,
Niko
