I have put together a complete holistic protocol including a nutritional synergistic remedy that approaches psoriasis in a very comprehensive
way, not just the symptoms.
Everything I come across that is recommended for psoriasis are onlytemporary solutions
You have to view psoriasis as a deeper issue than just a skin problem,
which is the end result of inflammatory processes, underlying infectious conditions and gut dysbiosis.
Anyone interested can pm me for this information. (for free)
I'm not selling anything, as someone had suggested in the past. lol!
Cheers!

Thank you for your information. I will look for D3 at Walmart I get 10% off. My husband works there. I have been using trimcinolone It sooths but never never makes it better. I go to a holistic medicine Dr and she told me to put vit e oil on it. Take cats claw immune,b-12-nd and liver-nd. I also go for detox spa. I have not seen the results for that due to having to go for surgery and having to stop the supplements .I live by the sea and salt water. Sun but I can't stand the heat. Having a cool front coming in and it will be in the 70s during the day instead of 80s. I just hate to lay out in the sun. But Dr recommended I sun 10-15 minutes and get into the salt water.
I found that I have problems with the creams the doc put me on, as I reacted to something in them.
Taking vitamin D3 helped with this. If it was summer I would say to do some sun baths without sunscreen. Go easy and don't get burned. Start slowly with short bursts like 10 min a day then increase. Since it is winter go with the supplements. I take D3 year around now. This was actually a doc. suggestion and I was put on 6,000 IU of D3 a day. D3 is cheap and OTC at Costco, Walmart etc. For more info on this go to www.vitamindcouncil.org
Good luck,
