Pure Autonomic Failure (PAF)
Are there more people with PAF? I'd like to get in contact with them.

You would probably have better luck on the Neurology forum. Have you tried that yet? What exactly is this and how do you get it? Were you involved in some sort of accident or something? What are your symptoms????/
