You need to have a complete thyroid panel to rule out hypothyroidism (type 1 and 2 as well as Hashimoto's and hyperthyroidism).
Fatigue, lack of energy &hair thinning are hallmark signs of hypothyroidism , while anxiety and heart palpitations are signs of hyperthyroidism.
Unfortunately, there are periods, where for a while a patient can experience intermittently both hypo and hyper states.
TSH, Free T3, Free T4, Reverse T3, Anti-TPO, Anti-Tg , TSI are the thyroid tests to have done.
It seems that you may also have circulation issues which
have caused Reynaud's.
Your skin allergy- like symptoms could be a reaction due to your body's inability to regulate temperature.
You should also rule out iron deficiency, anemia, B12 methylocobalamin (MMA test- repeat within a few weeks), Vitamin D, tissue magnesium (your doctor won't order this one-you need an alternative practitioner*), iodine, selenium, zinc.
*In lieu of testing, you can opt for a trial of transdermal magnesium oil treatments, which is actually 1/2 water, 1/2 magnesiium chloride flakes dilution, sprayed allover the body (except sensitive areas) left on for 20-30 minutes to absorb and then rinsed off really well!
Every other day for a few months should do it.
It usually helps in many different ways, as magnesium is involved in numerous processes.
Anxiety depletes tissue magnesium fast!
And this is one of the safest and most efficient ways to supplement.
Oral magnesium is very laxative and notoriously inefficient.
Best wishes,
