Searching for underlying cause

I've been searching for answers for about 3 1/2 years now.  At the beginning, I was struggling with fatigue, memory loss, stuttering, trouble finding words, and chest pain.  A year and a half ago, I had a seizure and the resulting tests revealed a small brain aneurysm, chiari malformation, an arachnoid cyst, a heart arrthymia, mild spinal stenosis, 2 herniated discs, degnerative disc disease, and a dilated aortic root.  I also lost almost 15 lbs.  Ugh.  I now have more significant memory loss, peripheral vision problems, random red, scaly rashes, significant pain in my right shoulder, pain in my left shoulder, and my arm (usually left) and leg (usually left) go numb.  The other day, the pressure in my head became so severe, I called my doctor, who sent me to the ER.  CT scan was fine (no brain welling or bleeds), but my blood pressure was 143/93 (the 143 I'm sure was due to the pain).  I'm a 37 year old female with blood pressure usually around 110/70.  I've had my blood pressure taken every day and the diastolic is still high (the systolic is back to normal - 111), but the diastolic has ranged from 86-93.  I've read about PAN, but I'm not sure it fits.  What a mess.  Any thoughts, ideas, suggestions?  Thank you in advance.

Lymes disease or Infectious mycoplasmas.  Symptoms right up that alley (total symptoms are all over body).  Muscle aches? RA symptoms? endometriosis or hysterectomy? "brain fog"? stinging eye pain, ankle/shin pain?

research www.immed.org and search Autoimune Illness and Mycoplasmas.   also research ILADS to have proper Lyme testing done w/ IGENEX labs for Borrelia Burgdorfer and coinfections of Bartonella, Babesia, Ehrlichia, Rickesettia.

Research Jemsek Specialty Clinic and LYMES symptoms/treatments.  Do this asap!  Do not waste your time with conventional doctors, they are not familiar with diagnosing  chronic intracellular bacterial infections such as these.
