Severe loss of circulation in my fingers, should it concern me?

Hi all - thanks very much for your help with this. I posted this question in the Undiagnosed Symptoms forum but this might be a better place for it, but I really have no idea.

I'm a 50yo male. Over the past decade or so my fingers have lost a lot of their circulation. My fingers are white from the knuckles, with pink / purple under the nails (build up of blood pressure I guess?) and very cold to the touch. They get better in hot weather - I guess the blood vessels expand in the heat.

I've never really been too concerned but lately I have been waking up several times in the night with painful tingling / numbness in my fingers, which I can resolve by moving them for a minute or so.

There are no other symptoms that seem to correlate but I do have a few ongoing health issues that I attribute to age mostly. Does anyone have any idea what is going on and should I be concerned. Thank you.
