Ugh what is going on with me...

Ok so for the past year or so I have been having...I don't know, I call them "episodes"...maybe once a month sometimes twice of these symptoms.  They usually last between three and seven days and I am usually bed ridden for at least a day or so.  I feel them coming on because the night before I will be sore and unable to sleep, I will have to switch sides back and forth all night because my legs and arms will go numb or hurt.  Then bam I'm sick.  Low grade fever, severe pain EVERYWHERE, EVERYTHING hurts, both muscle and joints.  Sometimes it is hard to even walk because of my feet hurting or to put on a shirt because I can't left my arms.  I feel like someone beat me up.  Even my skin hurts, like my clothes are made of sandpaper.  Ive notice an increase in muscle weakness, like two hands to turn the key in my lock etc in the past few years.  I also will feel very dazed and tired, sometimes I will repeat questions and have memory lapses, which is not the way I use to be,  I actually started taking Adderall because this mental fog was effecting my work.  Adderall at 26, I was a straight A student in college...  The last time it was pretty bad and included my glands on the right of my neck swelling so I went to the doctor.  She was worried about Lyme or a reactivated EBV (I had mono several years back) so I got bloodwork.  My actually CBC was steller as was my vitamin work up but my ANA was positive with 1:320 speckled/homogeneous but my test for MCTD, Lupus, Lyme and SJS were negative and the EBV was not significantly high.  I am loathing another attack and have no clue whats happening, does anyone else feel like this?

You ever get the IGENEX lab Lyme and coinfection panel?  My symptows were just like yours, all tests neg.  But I have Lymes, bartonella and babesia

Oh yeah and I forgot, the past moth or so my left arm and foot have been going numb on me and ive been getting these little blisten things on my hands, the last time I got sick, just recently they were on my feet also.  Sometimes my fingers swell up like sausages and hurt, that only happens when I get the blisters.
