Under Armpit & Groin White Spots

I recently developed very white spots under my armpits and I also noticed this same change to my pigmentation in my vaginal and anal areas. This happened after my father and then my mother died. I have general anxiety that comes and goes over their deaths but I never thought that anxiety or stress would manifest itself through my skin cells destroying itself!  I am a middle aged dark skinned woman of Polynesian, African, Native American descent. I am the only on in my family with team skin problems. I can see the dark hairs growing out of these slick white spots. Does anyone know what this is? I really hope that I am not getting the "Michael Jackson" disease.

Hi Kre67a.
I'm familiar with your situation as I went thu something very similar about 4 years ago.
And if it is indeed the same, it has to do with stress induced
fungal/yeast imbalance.
What I did in my case:
I used Selsun Blue shampoo, applied, waited a few minutes and then washed my entire body with it on a daily basis for about 2 months.
I bought an antifungal cream and applied liberally on the affected areas.
I consumed daily coconut oil (antifungal properties) 4-5 Tablespoons daily-In my cooking, in my coffee, on toast etc. I still do,lol!
I abstained from alcohol-well not 100%, I enjoyed a glass of red wine with my dinner on occasion.
I meditated about 30 minutes before bedtime. I still do.
If you cannot get into a meditative state on your own, just go to YouTube and choose a  meditation video clip of your liking.
Eat healthy-lots of organic greens and other vegetables,
avoid sugars and carbs and choose pastured, free range meat and poultry. Low mercury fish, some legumes and nuts
-preferably organic- are  good sources of protein.
Hope this helps,
Niko
