I had severe magnesium deficiency and no doctor figured it out. You have plenty of symptoms of magnesium deficiency so I can highly recommend supplementing with magnesium. Magnesium chelated with amino acid supplements is well absorbed.

If you're not diagnosed with an A/I disease yet, there's a chance, if you do the right things well, to prevent it, if there's no serious body organ/system chronic involvement and no irreversible damage.
My concern is that you have a list of potentially serious abnormalities and imbalances which have been classified in the list of current "diagnosis"- most of which any 5th grader could do.within a few minutes-yet NONE of these qualified medical doctors have taken the time to find out what these collections of symptoms and lab results have underlying them and why this is going on.
Many of these issues, have to do with cellular energy and metabolism.
1. Hypoxemia - low SPO2 - low blood oxygen/ low oxygen saturation levels
2. Low amylase- low blood glucose - impaired ability to breakdown carbs (starches and sugars) and to use for energy/ low blood glucose (non-diabetic) could indicate adrenal, liver or pancreatic issues.
3. Low AST -- When muscles produce lactate while oxygen supply is decreased , they also produce alanine. This alanine goes through the liver where it is metabolized to make glucose.
AST is the enzyme that helps metabolize alanine!
4. Jaundice occurs if there is a dysfunction of the normal metabolism or excretion of bilirubin. A complete liver panel may shed more light.
5. Low calcium. If not diet related could have to do with low Vitamin D
have you D3 levels checked.
Your D3 levels (vitamin D 25OH test) should be about 50- 60ng/ml
Memory and other neurological issues, are indirectly associated with low vitamin D, which by the way affects over 3000 genes!

I agree, they see there is something wrong with obvious physical ailments supported by varying test results but nothing conclusive for a diagnosis. I'm working with a fabulous and thorough doctor now but it takes months to get an appointment, so I can only follow-up about every three months, but she is very supportive in trying to find the cause of the symptoms. She is the one that got me on oxygen therapy at night and discovered the hypoxemia, although still does not have an answer to why my SPO2 only drops when I am laying down. I do agree with the idea that something metabolic has to be going on, as I have suffered from stomach ailments on and off since childhood, again with no real answers as to why but the other symptoms only starting appearing in my late twenties.

So, I'm going to give you the short version straight to the point without any lengthy explanations and you can look these up, if interested .
Things to help you improve and keep you safe also.
1. Coconut oil is the best substitute for glucose!
Your cells and specially your neurons NEED a source of energy to function!
Your brain function will suffer greatly without enough glucose and one of the few things that can cross the blood brain barrier (BBB) AND fuel the brain is coconut oil!!! My opinion : It is Urgent!

2. Go to the Normal Breathing website, go to education, follow the links till you get to "Learning the Buteyko breathing method for free by modules">
It is bigger than what you might think in Importance!!!
My feeling is this along with the coconut oil will make a big difference in your health status.
3. Consider going to a Natural Health Practitioner to help you with correcting your imbalances and deficiencies and metabolic issues.
It is far too complicated to attempt to guide you further on this.
Also if you could find one who has training in Adrenal issues, you may want to rule out hypothyroid and hypo-adrenalism.
You're a good candidate for both (hypothyroid secondary to hypo-adrenalism) because of your prolonged biological stress!
Many of your symptoms are consistent with both of these deficiencies.
This, if indeed positive, will save you from a possible nightmare if corrected soon. Conventional medicine does not recognize hypoadrenalism unless
it reaches adrenal failure ( a crisis level ) and with secondary hypothyroidism, simply forget about conventional medicine!
Any conventional testing or treatment, if and when, would be likely flawed or wrong!

If you're testing for magnesium, you need to test for tissue magnesium.
Hair analysis for minerals is a good way to test.
I do transdermal magnesium oil treatments for supplementation, which are extremely effective, if you wish to look it up.
