Using prednisolone while taking sofosbuvir and ribavirin for HCV treatment

Dear sir pls i need your kind help. My sister who is suffering  from  hcv. She was treated with interferon peg interferon and ribavirin for one year but the pcr was not clear and even she became more sick and her fever could not be controlled  for full one year even she was hospitalised. Now she is on sofosbuvir and ribavirin again and after one month  hcv qualitative pcr is undetected. And now two months completed and she has fever again and  we control the fever with prednisolone


Pls tell that can prednisolone effect the treatment with sofosbuvir and ribavirin or its okay to take with this theropy
