What could be wrong?

I have been diagnosed with Celiac Disease, Fibromyalgia, and IBS.  I have migrains, fatigue, nausea, lightheadedness, concentration/memory problems, light sensitivity,  stiffness throughout the neck, shoulders, and entire body.  Weakness to the point where I drop things.  Constipation that I have never experienced for 3 weeks long.  Have taken all laxatives that are over the counter.  Had an xray that showed I was backed up.  Had a CT scan that showed I have a ruptured ovarian  cyst 2cm.  My question is: What could cause me this many problems?  And What could cause me this much trouble trying to have a stool?  I go once a day and it is a very small amount.

Many nutrients are not absorbed with celiac disease.  So hopefully, you are sticking with the diet 100%.  It takes  a while for the intestines to heal and start absorbing nutrients again.  Magnesium deficiency might be the cause of many of your problems.
As the person above said, casein intolerance is also a problem many times.   Hope this helps.

I'm gluten intolerant and my brother is celiac. I just have a few questions. The constipation is happening now that you are no longer eating gluten??? Or this is a symptom from before going GF?? Reason i ask is that I had constipation until about 3 months of being GF. My brother on the other hand had terrible bouts of diarrhea until going GF. Another thing for you to consider is the possibility that you might also be Casein intolerant. Several studies have shown that people with Celiac are much more likely to have a reaction to Casein. You might look into getting that checked out. If you ever do want to know for sure you can order the test though enterolab (enterlolab.com) it was through their gluten panel that I found my food sensitivities.

I wish more was known about autoimmune diseases, but it does seem that they often come in clusters so i am not surprised that you are experiencing so many different uncomfortable symptoms.
