What is going on?

I'm hoping someone can help me.  I've been experiencing back and neck pain for about 8 years and chiropractic care hasn't helped.  I've also had a bacterial infection "down there" that hasn't gone away for about 3 years.  Now I'm experiencing some corneal erosion in my right eye.  What is this???  I've had blood work done for antibodies but that came back normal.  ACTH and cortisol was high but no Cushing's disease.  I'm ALWAYS tired.  I'm very frustrated and worried.  Please help.

I have been treated recently, but I can tell the symptoms are coming back.  Hopefully this is the cause and I can get rid of it.  Thanks for your comment!

Have you taken any medication or antibiotics for your underlying bacterial infection?  Sometimes untreated infections can cause kidney and hormonal problems, such as increased cortisol or ACTH. Also, if your adrenal glands are working overtime due to stress or fighting an infection, it can result in adreanal fatigue, which basically means that your body is running on adrenaline, so when you are at rest, you get withdrawl symptoms and become very tired. Those are just a few ideas that I have at this time. :)
