Why do my thighs hurt so bad

I'm 39 I was diagnosed a few yrs ago with fibromyalgia, I also have piriformis (that muscle is being layed on by a bone) buldging discs in my lower back, the pain is going into my hips and thighs and the pain is so bad it's making me vomit, heat, ice, soaking in the tub, pain pills, none of those are helping, it's getting so bad I can barely lay still, I have to move around just to get some kind of relief, pain management won't help me cause of the fibromyalgia diagnosis, help!!! This has been going on since I was little (I'm 6ft) Drs always said growing pains, I'm pretty sure I'm done growing but this is how it feels
