FES—Floppy eye-lid syndrome (connective tissue disorder?)
Cataract L eye (20/50) (Cataract surgery 4/12/12)
“Several lung nodules”
HLA-B27 Positive
Valley Fever Negative
TB Negative
Seronegative
Anklyosing Spondylitis

C-Reactive Protein--Positive (2.1 Abnormal High)
Anti-DNA Negative
Anti-SSb—Result “0”
Anti-SSA—Result “18”
RBC—Abnormal Low 4.17
ESR (Sedrate)-- Abnormal 44
CCP--Antibody Result "1"

Radiology
3/23/12 Right Thigh Ultrasound—“Subcutaneous soft tissues are prominent, but there is no discrete mass. Followup with imaging with MRI is recommended to rule out a lipoma. No fluid collection or subcutaneous edema identified. No definite lot identified by ultrasound.”
3/19/12 Biopsy Left Thigh—“This biopsy samples tissue to the depth of the mid reticular dermis. The epidermis is of normal thickness. A sparse perivascular predominantly lymphocytic inflammatory infiltrate is observed. Occasional neutrophils are seen within some vessels. No vasculitis is observed within the sample. The PAS is stain is negative for fungal microorganisms.”
2/14/12—CT Angio Chest W/Contrast:
“Several non-calcified pulmonary nodules in the right lower lobe and right upper lobe, dominant measures 1 cm one ill defined nodule measure 6 mm…Gallbladder quite prominent in size of uncertain significance. 5mm hyperdense lesion in the anterior right hepatic lobe.”

Symptoms of (updated 3/28):
Fever, extreme joint pain, neck, knees, hands, shoulders, lower back
Fatigue especially afternoon and evenings
Leg Pain, after running routine errands/Standing/Driving
Several lumps (nodules?) some very painful on both thighs, knees and calf's
Unexplained bruising on both legs, mostly inner thighs, and just below knees (colors vary from aqua, light purple to dark purple) can feel hardness underneath the bruising.
ring these brief periods
Difficulty getting uShortness of breath with coughing (with exertion)
Upper Arm muscle soreness/weakness
Muscle Weakness—picking up items
Hands are weak difficult to grasp, pick up heavy items
Loss of Vision Left Eye (cataract), eyes tire easy
Swelling of fingers at night (painful-cause to wake up)
Stiffness upon waking
Cold fingers/feet wear gloves to bed, fingers appear white and stiff dup from sitting position

I would take these results to a rheumotologist.  could be Decrums, MCTD, or several other autoimmune diseases
