I may just be your hero.
I am 20 years old and I have had almost the exact same problems as your daughter, except for the hair thing. alright they did a colonosocopy/endoscopy as well on me but inflammation of the colon is called colitis and it can be very painful. Look up inflamation of the colon online and see what pops up. I have it. Its not always active but once you have it you got it for life. I was also tested for chrons and didnt have it. I have lost like 20 pounds in a year. I was in one of the best hospitals in the world for a week and they could not find anything wrong, except to blame it on my colitis and I originally had irritable bowel syndrome. Your daughters stomach prob hurts really bad when she eats. Mine does. She sleeps a lot. I do too. I am trying to get back to my college soon and back on my feet. I also have a constant elevated temp, due to the colitis, its like an infection of your colon. Im really suprised your dr didnt tell you this. colitis can be serious and give you the worst pain of your life to make you sick to your stomach. extremely nauseated everything. I also have swollen lympth nodes..they thought I had lymphomia...I dont. They still want to make sure sure though. my suggestion to you get a new gastro dr and a good one. I have some recommedations if your in the pitts pa area if not do some research. I know what your daughter is feeling and although there is not much they can do for colitis at least you will have a diagnosis and will get a plan to gain some weight back. The hair loss can actually be from malnurtition. Thats my guess and its a good one. It happens. I hope this helped. Get a better dr and a second opinion. If shes imflammed, she has colitis.
Make sure she gets some nutrition somehow rather it be some nurition drinks, vitamins, anything is better than nothing but dont push too hard she will throw up if you push too hard.

Those who are ill, usually know more.  Some truth in that for sure.

I would first like to say welcome to the forum.  This place has been a lifesaver for me...as I too am very ill and no dx's.  I was wondering if she gets a strange rash when out in the sun?  Do you know if the did an ANA test on her?  Some of the symptoms sounds like Lupus.  I am not a doctor but I have done a lot of research on auto immune diseases in search of my own personal answers.  I am so sorry that you all are going through this.  I know that heat intolerance, stomach problems,  and hair loss are reported in a lot of people with Lupus.  This is just my opinion and I sure hope that you all find out soon what is making your little girl so ill.

I'm sorry to hear about all the trouble your daughter is going through.  Which of the symptoms surfaced first? also..previous illnesses?  How's her lifestyle, diet habits, etc.  If tests fail to show anything usually one has to think outside the box, and look for alternative solutions.   The drastic weight loss could be malabsorbtion issues, this goes hand in hand with her abdominal pain, and nausea, and can also lead to dizziess (had these problems myself).     I'm no MD, but this sounds like a place to start... Also, any allergies? This might sound far fetched, but are there stuff in your living place that could make her this sick? You'd be surprised how often this is the case (env. toxins and fumes).
