is it ms

I had a situation after taking a dose of prednisone 4 months ago for bronchitis. my leg went kind of tingly, running ants, twitches, feeling more cold then the other. All of this subsided and now when I get overly hot my heel tingles the slightest.  Saw neuro every test is fine. Blood, emg, and all Mris clear. I'm not sure what to do from here or if this could be something more. Advise would be appreciated. Neuro did find some spinal problems and defects but could not 100% conclude this to be the problem.

Hi sjo1208.
With the details you posted, you're light years away from an MS diagnosis.
Surely damaged nerves may respond differently under heat, however, since the underlying cause has not been established, we can only speculate that it is some kind of paresthesia.
Make sure you rule out the following:
Hypocalcemia, hypothyroidism, deficiencies in Vitamin B5, B12 (methylocobalamin B12), vitamin D and tissue levels magnesium.
Best wishes,
Niko

Thanks for the response! I only now noticed i had one! All of my email was going to spam. All bloods have been ruled out. Mry showed anteriolisthesis, spinal stenosis and a few other things. However anytime i look for info on the heat thing all that pops up is ms. Ita just frustrating not having answers
