mrs

I have a sore throat and tongue every day for 8 months. Swollen patches of skin all over body and face, craters in tip of my tongue, swollen and stiff fingers and joints wich are also painful. Under my skin there are numerous hard small lumps which arent visible but you can feel them when you press down, also what looks like dimpled orange peel skin all over body including my cheeks, eye brows, forehead, arms, legs, chest, throat etc, My skin is thick in places, loose and thick on my cheeks and i have numerous smallbumps in both my lips and inside my mouth. I am taired all the time and stress makes all the symptoms worse. Blood tests have shown nothing but I do have hypothyroidism and pernicious aneamia, for which i take levothyroxine and monthly injections. I also have raynauds and am sensitive to the cold. Can you help me please?

No I do not have scleraderma.  I wonder if a biopsy could be done on your skin.

Hi i have had blood tests for scleroderma and crest but they were negative. My skin looks like that with eosinophilic fasciitis (the orange peel look) I wonder if this is normal if you have scleroderma and if the tightening will be next.
