need help diagnose - dyspnea, coughing, high levels of component c3, CRP, ESR

hi
i am 48 years old
for the last several month experiencing severe cough attacks
high levels of:
component c3: 235
ESR: 78
CRP: 4.1
other then that healthy
went to several doctors, they could not pin point the problem
please help
